To Whom This May Concern:

It is my understanding you are interested in filling a technical position for a responsible Computer Systems person with hands on experience and an understanding of system hardware and software for your business needs.  I am a certified Novell Administrator, PC Specialist.  I possess a sound academic background as well as real world experience in many other skills such as business, computers, networks (LANs), training, and electronics (had confidential clearance with the NAVY).  I use and can train others on Windows, Microsoft Office and Other Smart Suites.  I have trained and helped many people in popular office software programs.  I have built PC clones, worked with tape backup systems, CD-ROM, IDE, SCSI devices, NIC cards and other interfaces.  I have built and modify PCs with networks for clients and myself!  I also created my WEB site and generated code using Microsoft's FrontPage 2000!

Having earned my Associates degree and finished the required Business courses with over 80+ units completed with a 3.36 GPA at Ventura College, I now have a strong background in accounting with programs such as Dac Easy, Business Works, Quick Books, Levinson Lyon/Charter House, etc.  I will continue my education at college and private schools for a Bachelors degree.

I believe the combination of my background, skills and the way I work with colleagues and professionals makes me a team player as well as a valued asset to someone’s company.  I will not waste your time and will do my best to get the job done!  My salary requirements are negotiable.  I am looking forward to meeting with you to discuss the future of our working together and answering any questions about my qualifications.

I am enclosing a copy of my personal resume.  I am seeking a permanent career in the field of teaching or working as a PC Specialist on large-scale networks technology.  I am disabled and now require assistance. If you need references, transcripts or syllabuses from courses and work completed I will be glad to make them available to you.

Thank you for your time and effort in reviewing this material sent to you.

Sincerely,
